Privacy and data protection policy
CINK VENTURING S.L., operating under the trade name CINK VENTURING (hereinafter, “CINK VENTURING”), informs users of its website about its Personal Data Protection Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, so that they may decide freely and voluntarily whether they wish to provide the personal data requested from them.
CINK VENTURING reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, whether due to legislative or case law developments or changes in business practice. In the event of any modification, the new text will be published at this same link, where users may consult the current version. In any case, the relationship with users will be governed by the rules in force at the time they access this website.
CINK VENTURING, a Spanish company with Tax ID (CIF) B84614734 and registered address at Paseo de la Castellana 194, 28046 Madrid, is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data provided by users through its website, email, paper forms or other means, and keeps a record of processing activities as required by Article 30 of the GDPR.
The purpose of the processing is to handle users’ requests or queries, provide information about the company’s services, manage the contractual or pre-contractual relationship and comply with the corresponding legal obligations. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes or for the periods established by applicable regulations.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation to do so or where it is necessary for the provision of the service by partner companies acting as processors under the terms set out in the GDPR. Under no circumstances will international transfers of data be carried out without the data subject’s express consent or without the appropriate safeguards established by law.
CINK VENTURING undertakes to comply with its duty of confidentiality in relation to personal data processed and has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure their security and to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making at any time, by sending a written request to hola@cinkventuring.com or by post to the Data Protection Officer, at Paseo de la Castellana 194, 28046 Madrid.
If the reason for contacting CINK VENTURING is a claim or complaint relating to a possible breach of privacy or a failure in the security of their data, users may send an email including the word “Claim” in the subject line to the above address. CINK VENTURING undertakes to respond within a maximum period of 15 days. If the user is not satisfied with the response, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or, where appropriate, bring an action before the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
