DESCRIPCIÓN

The Directorate-General for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Madrid City Council, Madrid Emprende, entrusted Cink Venturing, a consultancy specialising in entrepreneurship and innovation, with redesigning and managing the services of its network of business incubators. The goal: to turn these municipal spaces into genuine hubs of innovation, economic growth and business development.

Cink Venturing designed and implemented a comprehensive strategy combining specialised advisory services, advanced training, acceleration and internationalisation programmes, and an active community of entrepreneurs. All of this is offered free of charge, with an inclusive approach and tailored to key sectors such as sustainability, digitalisation and the knowledge economy.

The project has consolidated the incubators as strategic spaces for urban innovation, boosting local talent and connecting projects with global markets

OPORTUNIDAD

Madrid Emprende launched this project with a clear challenge: to democratise access to innovation, professionalise entrepreneurship support and foster a technology-driven, competitive economy.

The new model responds to several key challenges:

Activating entrepreneurial talent in strategic sectors: artificial intelligence, sustainability, cybersecurity and business digitalisation.
Improving the competitiveness of Madrid-based projects in a dynamic global market.
Aligning public service provision with new ways of working: collaborative, digital and agile.

From Cink Venturing, an innovative solution was developed to generate real impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As experts in the design of incubation, acceleration and community-building programmes, we helped drive a model aligned with the challenges of the future economy.

METODOLOGÍA

The methodology developed by Cink Venturing for the incubator network is built around three main pillars:

1. Diagnosis and specialised support phase

Individual advisory sessions on financing, legal issues, intellectual property, data protection and business models.
Design of personalised roadmaps according to each project’s stage of development.
Ongoing mentoring by specialists in different areas.

2. Acceleration and internationalisation phase

A four-month intensive Acceleration Programme with a sector-focused approach for more mature projects.
Internationalisation Programmes to scale business models beyond the national market.
An ad hoc approach tailored to the maturity level and growth potential of each project.

3. Community and visibility phase

• B2B meetings and networking activities, coffee breaks and district-level outreach to connect startups and corporates.
• Active community-building among entrepreneurs in each district.
• A strong digital communication plan: active social media presence, interviews with entrepreneurs and media coverage in both mainstream and niche outlets.
• Actions aimed at young entrepreneurs and diverse profiles to create an inclusive, dynamic ecosystem.
