CINK VENTURING S.L., operating under the trade name CINK VENTURING (hereinafter, CINK VENTURING), hereby informs users of its website about its Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter, Privacy Policy), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, GDPR), so that users may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the personal data requested on the website.
CINK VENTURING reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, as a result of legislative, jurisprudential or business practice changes. Should any modification be introduced, the new text will be published at this same link, where users may access the current version of the Privacy Policy. In any event, the relationship with users shall be governed by the rules in force at the precise moment access is made to the website.
CINK VENTURING, a company of Spanish nationality, is the owner of the database generated from the personal data provided by users through the various forms on the website and/or by any other means (email, paper-based registrations, etc.). CINK VENTURING undertakes to provide a response to the complaint or claim within a period of 15 days, notifying the user via the means indicated by them. Should the user disagree with the proposed solution, they may submit a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority and, where appropriate, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, which shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
