
In 2023, the Social Action NGO Platform launched “The NGO of the Future”, an innovative programme within its Digital Transformation Plan, with the strategic objective of strengthening the digital and innovation capabilities of organisations in the Social Action Third Sector (TSAS), thereby contributing to a more sustainable and technology-driven economy.
To address this challenge, POAS relied on Cink Venturing, experts in sustainable entrepreneurship and the application of agile methodologies, to design, develop and deliver this pioneering experience. The programme offered intensive training, specialised mentoring and personalised support, with a focus on creating digital solutions with high social and economic impact.
Over the course of more than two months, we worked with eight selected organisations, helping them evolve their ideas into viable, sustainable digital solutions with real transformative potential for society.
The main challenge was to support the digital transformation of eight TSAS organisations, each operating in different contexts and with limited resources, facing structural barriers such as a lack of technological training, financial dependence on grants and resistance to change.
We designed a programme aimed at overcoming these barriers through a practical and collaborative approach, based on social intrapreneurship as a driver of innovation and change.
