GrEnt: Green Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development for Youth with Fewer Opportunities

The GrEnt project (Green Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development for Youth with Fewer Opportunities) represents a crucial initiative co-financed by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.

Title: Green Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development for Youth with Fewer Opportunities (GrEnt)
Client: Erasmus+ KA210-YOU, co-financed by the European Union
Project duration: From October 2025 to March 2027 (18 months)

DESCRIPTION

The GrEnt project aims to address the need for green skills qualification among young people at risk of exclusion. Led by Cink Venturing from Spain, in collaboration with Anaglyfo Consulting from Cyprus, this strategic partnership was established to ensure productive cooperation from the outset. The initiative ensures that participants receive specialised training in green entrepreneurship, which has been carefully managed and documented.

The implementation of GrEnt involves the creation of a detailed training plan (managed by Anaglyfo, responsible for the modules, objectives, and learning methods), while Cink leads the creation of the project’s visual identity. This includes the logo, templates, and social media communication to ensure visibility. This dual approach guarantees both the quality of the training content and compliance with Erasmus+ visibility requirements.

In addition to training, GrEnt is committed to promoting inclusion and ecological transformation, reinforcing the idea that sustainability is a pathway to employment and innovation. The project focuses on communicating the accessibility of this type of support to all interested projects, regardless of their origin, and seeks to create a diverse youth community. Therefore, inclusive communication strategies were developed, including the use of gender-neutral language and the prioritisation of digital formats to reduce environmental impact.

OPPORTUNITY

Two main target audiences have been identified to benefit from this opportunity: young people with fewer opportunities (due to economic, geographical, social, or cultural barriers) and entrepreneurial individuals seeking sustainable professional or business pathways.

The target group consists of men and women aged approximately 18 to 30, who are facing stagnation or insecurity regarding their career prospects. They seek clear and accessible training, practical activities, and an environment that provides support and confidence.

On the other hand, GrEnt also targets young eco-entrepreneurs who already have an initial project idea with environmental impact but lack the necessary structure to turn it into a viable business. The project addresses the absence of a support network and role models, communicating realistic support that transforms ideas into concrete actions.

METHODOLOGY

To ensure the success and cohesion of this initiative, a rigorous communication and management strategy was defined, aligning the project's objectives with the visibility and accessibility requirements of Erasmus+. It is structured in several phases:

Phase 1 – Project Launch (October–December 2025):

Completion of the visual identity, creation of the website, and launch on social media to maximise initial visibility.

Phase 2 – Promotion and Execution of Training (December 2025–May 2026):

This phase, currently in progress, involves the development of a recruitment campaign aimed at ensuring the participation of 80 young people. It includes a report on the training activities.

Phase 3 – Development and Dissemination of the Manual (June–September 2026):

The main objective of this phase will be to create an effective dissemination campaign to promote the Green Entrepreneurship Manual in accessible formats (PDF, etc.).

Phase 4 – Mentorship Programme (October 2026–March 2027):

The final phase will showcase the progress and achievements of the participants, focusing on giving visibility to these projects.

IMPACT

The communication and dissemination objectives of GrEnt reflect the ambitious impact the project aims to generate in the participating communities.

The goal is to have 80 entrepreneurs (40 per country) participate in the Green Skills and Entrepreneurship Training Programme by May 2026.

Additionally, the project aims to increase awareness of GrEnt in both countries, targeting 800 individuals impacted by the dissemination of the Green Entrepreneurship Manual after its publication in September 2026.

During the mentorship programme, the dissemination and promotion of eight success stories from the mentees will be planned. The impact will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of website visits, document downloads, social media reach, number of followers, and overall engagement.
