DESCRIPTION
In 2022, the Andalusian Public Foundation Andalucía Emprende launched the pilot programme Empezar a Emprender with the aim of driving innovation-driven projects and promoting the digital economy across Andalusia.
To achieve this, Cink Venturing was entrusted with the design, development and delivery of a fully online incubation experience focused on practical training, tailored one-to-one support and the use of agile methodologies.
Over a three-month period, the programme provided intensive support to 100 initiatives selected from more than 550 applications, combining bootcamps, specialist masterclasses and high-impact mentoring. The use of digital platforms such as Moodle and Slack made it possible to create a collaborative, accessible and scalable environment aligned with the challenges of digital transformation in entrepreneurship.
OPPORTUNITY
The main challenge of the programme was to incubate 100 projects in just three months, while ensuring quality, personalisation and efficiency at every stage.
Cink Venturing designed a strategy based on three core pillars: full digitalisation, process optimisation and active collaboration with Andalucía Emprende’s technical team. This partnership made it possible to implement an agile, accessible incubation model aligned with the real needs of the Andalusian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The specific objectives of the programme were to:
-
Activate an agile process for attracting, assessing and selecting applications, ensuring balanced territorial representation.
-
Implement an intensive training pathway with live online sessions, support materials and personalised mentoring.
-
Introduce No-Code tools as a fast and accessible validation resource for business ideas.
-
Strengthen the Andalusian entrepreneurship ecosystem through public-private collaboration and methodological transfer.
METHODOLOGY
The programme was structured into three key phases, with a practical and fully digital approach:
1. Outreach and selection phase
- Creation of a landing page in less than 48 hours.
- Receipt of more than 550 applications.
- Agile evaluation based on criteria such as innovation, scalability and maturity.
- Selection of 100 participating projects in under one week.
2. Training and mentoring phase
-
20 hours of group online training via an LMS platform.
-
Active participation of Andalucía Emprende’s technical team in the sessions.
-
150 hours of individual mentoring, delivered as specialised advisory support.
3. Management and follow-up phase
- Coordination of sessions and tasks using no-code digital tools.
- Smooth, centralised communication between mentors, programme managers and participants.
